The app is the trust layer. Prioritize real-time notifications, managing multiple children, clear call status, and optional online payments.
4) Reporting and measurement
Without reports you won’t know bottlenecks. Ask for metrics like average handover time, peak periods, and auto vs manual call ratios.
5) Integrations and business model
Validate payment gateway integration, messaging integration (e.g., WhatsApp/SMS), and subscription model (school-paid vs guardian-paid).
